The Leadership Program is a partnership between the North Tahoe Community Alliance, the North Tahoe Business Association, and the Truckee Chamber of Commerce. Shannon Beets is the Director of Education and Lead Facilitator. Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation acts as the Fiscal Sponsor.

Generally, our program runs from January to June and consists of 5 all-day workshops, 1 half-day workshop, and optional field trips. We meet 1 day per month. 2024 dates: January 16, 2024 Welcome Reception January 18, 2024 Day One Workshop February 15, 2024 Day Two Workshop March 14, 2024 Day Three Workshop April 18, 2024 Day Four Workshop May 16, 2024 Day Five Workshop May 30, 2024 Presentations and Graduation

We look for applicants who are new to the area, are looking to take a step up within their current work place, want to make their non-profit more impactful, are interested in the community, and are interested in networking with others in the community.

Tuition for For Profit Business/Individuals is $825, Special Districts is $750, and Non-Profit Organizations is $600. Partial scholarships may be available. Tuition includes continental breakfast, lunch, mixers, books, and all program materials.
