Who produces the Leadership Program?


The Leadership Program is a partnership between the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association, the North Tahoe Business Association, and the Truckee Chamber of Commerce. Sierra Nevada University facilitates the program. Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation acts as the Fiscal Sponsor.




What are the dates of the next program?


Generally, our program runs from January to June and consists of 5 all-day workshops, 1 half-day workshop, and optional field trips. We meet 1 day per month. *COVID-19 may change the timing of our 2021 program.




Who should apply?


We look for applicants who are new to the area, are looking to take a step up within their current work place, want to make their non-profit more impactful, are interested in the community, and are interested in networking with others in the community.




What is the tuition?


Tuition for For Profit Business is $750, Special Districts is $600, and Non-Profit Organizations is $500. Partial scholarships may be available. Tuition includes continental breakfast, lunch, mixers, two books, and all program materials.




How do you apply for the program?


The 2021 Leadership Program dates will be announced in the Spring. COVID-19 may change that schedule. Please fill out this form to be contacted as soon as applications are released.
