About the Event
Usually one thinks about managing subordinates, but it is equally as important to manage superiors, including bosses, and boards of directors. During this session Shannon Beets and her team at Sierra Nevada University will talk about how they succeed in managing their bosses. Learn techniques on how to succeed with your superiors.
Open to all 2020 Class participants and a limited number of Leadership Program alumni. RSVP today!
As a supplement to this topic, we will also be studying the book "Suddenly in Charge, Managing Up, Managing Down, Succeeding All Around", by Roberta Chinsky Matuson on August 27th. See separate event invitation to sign up.
