Book Club: Managing Up

Let's study the leadership skills topic of "Managing Up", defined as: learning how to work within the confines of an organization in order to get what you need, while helping your boss and the organization meet their objectives.  The book we will discuss is "Suddenly in Charge, Managing Up, Managing Down, Succeeding All Around", by Roberta Chinsky Matuson. 

We will discuss some of the different lessons from the book and come up with your own take-aways.  Please note that there are two parts to this book.  We will be discussing ONLY the Managing Up section during this session.  Open to all Leadership Program alumni.
